This was probably the worst visit to a terminal lounge I have had.
I was going to buy a priority pass, lucky I didn't as pass holders were being turned away as it was overcrowded
The temperature was freezing and despite several complaints this wasn't fixed
The lady on the desk seemed to be out of her depth and flapping
To many people, very cold, lack of papers and below average food
All in all not a pleasant experience
