This was our first visit to heathrows lounge terminal 5 we have travelled at various times from Gatwick and used the lounge on most occasions and have always found it to be good and served our needs. We assumed that this would be the case at Heathrow but was very disappointed with what we found. 1 small lounge area for size of terminal 2 very limited seating 3 very uncomfortable seats 4 table area to eat from not big enough especially with four adults 5 sandwiches had to be requested display empty 6 No draught beer shall I go on but no enough of my moaning the main issue here was the space factor and the cost being higher than Gatwick who has all of the above. One more thing can you give us the explanation regarding only being allowed to have three hours in the lounge when in fact you would not get three hours due to not being able to check-in until the assigned time of 3hrs it then takes 15 minutes plus to reach it then your boarding time?
