We have used Aspire+ several times before (at Newcastle and Gatwick) and has always been excellent; however, last Monday (at Newcastle) there was obviously a lack of staff combined with a very busy Aspire lounge next door resulted in no bar staff in Aspire+. My wife and I and others had to repeatedly wait and/or had to request that staff attend to people waiting in Aspire+.
Moreover; there was no staff to help a disabled lady in a wheelchair relocate from her chair to a seat - my wife assisted the lady.
Not a good experience this time I'm afraid for the nearly £80 paid.
