On arrival we found the lounge somewhat overcrowded, although we did manage to find a seat each there were others who arrived after us who were finding difficulty in getting seats. The temperature in the lounge, due possibly to the high level of occupancy, was to high for comfort. It was hot and stuffy. Towards the end of our stay in the lounge the numbers did reduce and it did become a little more comfortable. We had booked our 'slot', and I had assumed that this was done to control numbers in the lounge. Despite it being crowded 'walk-ins' were still be accepted. The hard work of the staff to keep the lounge clear of dirty plates, to keep the nibbles and drinks filled, and to ensure clean plates etc were available should be acknowledged. I have used other lounges before. Thank you.
