Dear Sirs,
My visit to the lounge was brief and momentary, a mere 15 minutes, due to very severe delays within check in and security, which only allowed 15 minutes in the lounge, which was not a very pleasant experience due to over booking.
My party had to eat and drink standing up, due to no tables or chairs being available, which I find totally unacceptable, when you consider we paid £18.24 each for a cup of coffee and a bacon sandwich with no where to sit and enjoy.
