Facilities were poor and tired. Although one staff member was friendly the reception / welcome was impersonal and lacking any real sincerity. The choice of alcoholic drinks was very limited especially the wine. A staff member said, "we have two white wines but there is only the Californian left" and was a brand I would not expect to find anywhere but in the local garage shop. I appreciate it is now a bar service but the glasses used were more likely to be found in a canteen. The soup was acceptable but the other offerings were poor.
Overall our stay was not a pleasant experience and one that we will not repeat.
I have used other lounge facilities but regret that your establishment at Manchester terminal 2 does not meet the expected grade.
