The coffe machine was broken there was a shortage of staff (a member of staff told me) the snacks were poor to other lounges I have visited
I tried to get the attention of a member of staff to tell her about the coffe machine and she looked at me and turned away it was 20 minutes before I had had a drink of any description not good value for money
