This was our first visit to the lounge and the drinks and food on offer were good, however we arrived after the Emirates flight had departed and we were very disappointed that cleaning and hovering was taking place all around us, for at least an hour of our visit.
The reason we booked was to have some quiet relaxing time before our holiday however it would have been quieter sitting in the bar upstairs given the quietness of the airport that day.
We felt that we did not experience the full service expected and will think again before rebooking.
