Compared to other lounges we have been in this was small, uncomfortable seating and limited food options. There was also a queue to get in despite the fact that we had pre booked. It is almost as though this lounge was squashed into a corner of the terminal as an afterthought without being planned properly.
No what I would have expected from Heathrow.
