Initially, was disappointed that on arrival there was no one to greet my group, and then was asked to wait in line as there was a queue to gain access to the lounge as it was full. It wasn't until I advised that I had made a reservation we gained access but was told that we may not be sitting together. But space was found for us.
The food and beverage on offer was more than satisfactory.
