Being regular visitors to the aspire lounge in Bristol this new area was a very exciting concept.
It was however very disappointing and our party will be seeking a refund. We were met with a smaller lounge which had no atmosphere, cold snacks (that were supposed to be warm), cold staff, and the news that every item on the menu was out of stock.
