We found terminal 2 executive lounge a little disappointing. The area itself was small and not very comfortable. The selection of drinks was quite limited. The staff on duty weren't very attentive and were often absent from the bar area. The food on offer was also disappointing. The bacon sandwiches that were left in a self service warmer, appeared not to be fresh and were possibly microwaved. We had to make staff aware that the bacon sandwiches had all been taken before they were restocked. There were no yogurts or fresh fruit available and the pastries were cold and hard.
I booked the lounge as a treat for my elderly in laws who were looking forward to making a special start to a long awaited family holiday and therefore did not meet our expectations.
