Began with a long queue entering and to be told to wait by reception while they found a space for us even though we had pre booked.
Once entered we were seated in the middle of another group as this was the only space that they could find.
Soft drinks machine was out of order and only 1 bottle of beer was left in the fridge and this was not refilled.
Food was ok but not a great selection and when plates and cutlery had run out it took an age for them to be replaced.
However plates and glasses were removed quickly and efficiently.
Unbelievable there was no toilet in the lounge but showers? And we had to use the main airport facilities.
Overall not a pleasant experience and certainly not worth the cost.
