Not very impressed.
After paying £70 for us to go in, they had run out of the majority of stuff. Had to go get the ladies on the reception desk to get us some drinks as the staff were just congregating in the back and seemed disinterested in helping, this happened on 3 occassions. Tables were not cleaned. Had to go ask for a cloth ourselves to wipe down the table.
Overall not very happy with the staff of the service we received this time. I can't imagine us using this lounge again unfortunately.
