Staff member Nino excellent, was a slight technical issue with our booking which he sorted out. Was quickly offered a glass of prosecco to have with breakfast. He as very polite & obliging.
There was a nice selection of cereals, juice & cakes, also nice coffee. Disappointed with the bread rolls (quite stodgy) & the hot food was luke warm. Would say that the items consumed was not value for money. Also airline staff came into the lounge & were talking about problems with their own jobs - this did not make a relaxing feel.
Breaking it down would rate Staff (Nino) as very good and the food poor. Still does not match up to the experience we had at the Aspire lounge at Gatwick.
