Food and drink were fine but:
1. I had to waste several minutes each time I wanted a drink - no staff to serve and no opportunity o serve yourself.
2. Nowhere near enough seating for the numbers in the lounge - we had to wait for people to leave before we could sit down and we had prebooked!
3. The cost is not comparable with most airport lounges. Presumably because you have no competition.
