Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience and not worth the money. You reminded me a bit of an insurance company, I.e. Promising much more than you deliver. The lounge was over crowded, limited and average food and the spa was fully booked, despite the fact that we arrived in plenty of time for our flight.
This is disappointing enough but when you consider the context - T5 is a modern terminal with a variety of places to sit and many different eating options, if you are to succeed in getting a good reputation you really need to out do those other options. For my next visit to terminal 5 I won't consider this option again, I will simply time the trip differently, enjoy dinner in one of the restaurants and plan on spa treatments at my destination.
