The customer service and food offering was very good.
However with a 6 hour layover in DBX, what was needed was a quiet and restful area, this was not the case in what was a really a Tappas Bar. Firstly there was only a couple of lounge chairs to stretch out but more annoying was, that as the Tappas Bar was an open environment, so every minute or so the public announcement system would blast calls on closing and departing flight information. so resting and relaxing was out of the question.
