We love going to the executive lounge before we jet away on our holiday and we do not normally have a problem but coming to your executive lounge was the worst experience ever it was so over subscribed there was standing room only, the staff were more concerned about chatting in the back of house then the front and, clearing away and topping up, so most of the time you
require any service the was a wait ,were you would try to get the attention though the port hole glass window a very poor experience overall it was meant to a relaxing environment not one of noise and stress as our mum was in a wheelchair were to move or get a seat together was nearly impossible it was not be managed as well as it should have been
