The lounge was very small, and the choice of food poor. It was better than sitting in departures simply because it was quieter in the lounge, but to charge £30 entry per person, then to charge another £20pp to have a shower is daylight robbery.
Our flight from Heathrow took us to Singapore where we were also booked into a lounge (via a different company). It cost half the price, had wonderful food and free showers, with complimentary comb, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. If they can do it, why can't Terminal 5??
