1. Had to queue for ten minutes to get into the lounge
2. There wasn't enough seats so had to share a table with other people
3. Only one waitress running the bar so had to queue for drinks. The bar had no ice for drinks and did not have slimline tonic.
4. The quality of the food was very poor and a number of items had run out.
Overall a really disappointing experience and a waste of money.
