The service provided by staff was very good but the Lounge was crowded and looked in need of a refurbishment. Not what I wanted before a long trans atlantic flight.
The food available was acceptable but the bacon buns required more" bacon "and care in delivery.
Overall not the quiet experience i was looking for prior to flying i would certainly think twice before using this particular lounge again.
