I have grown up in Teesside and used the airport frequently.
Only on the last few occasions have I used the lounge, it is very basic.
The lounge staff are very pleasant and the area is kept clean with refreshments topped up regularly.
Overall, I would say that the £18 I payed to use the lounge is only justified due to the airport being so quiet these days, it would be a shame to sit in the departure gates on your own!
