Only receipt email received from yourselves for proof of purchase. I was refused entry for myself and three guests (I had also pre-purchased a bottle of champagne) because the lounge had no trace of my booking even though I showed the gentleman my proof of purchase. Telephoned your office on the Tuesday I returned by telephone twice and informed I would be given a full refund and would be contacted the next day (Wednesday) as to what went wrong and improvement suggestions. Was also informed I would be emailed a discount code for a future visit. Telephoned the office again three days later on the Friday as I had heard noting further only to be told my refund had not been processed and would have to wait until a member of staff who originally took my call was back in on Monday to activate a discount code!! Very poor service and very poor customer service.
