We booked the lounge to enjoy the build up to a midday flight . Delays getting through security caused us to arrive at the lounge with little time. The receptionist was dealing with another customer as we arrived, searching and searching the computer until the customer kindly suggested she perhaps dealt with us. We booked through the Easyjet link and I produced the receipt that we had printed off. The receptionist spent a long time searching the computer and eventually asked sharply if we had "anything else". Confused I asked "like what"? ---She did not seem to know what and then said "oh -- go through". ---No thankyou, advise or have a nice day!
Our main delay was not the fault of the Lounge, but the delay at reception and the way we were made to feel like second class citizens was very poor.
