We arrived in the lounge after a eight hour flight, and delays in transport between Terminal 3 & 5.
We could not intially get a seat, very frustrating.
Corner seating in two areas were marked as reserved, with people looking for seats, and these left unoccupied, the whole time we were there.
Choice of food and drink limited.
