Hi I would not normally write a review but I was very disappointed with the service on my recent trip. I had paid to take my son, daughter I. Law and grandson to start our holiday off. However there was not hot bacon muffins for the whole time we was there. (8am -9.15am ) 17th may We was told that a near by cafe would've sending some up however we had to leave the lounge hungry and disappointed to get our plane. I am notsureif this happens regular but it has put effort off using your lounge in the future as it was not value for money and proved to be a very expensive experience
