1) My flight arrived late. The reception was not very cordial . I had to "bargain " for an additional 1/2 hr due to the late
arrival. I was told that that is not the company's fault. My point: you are an airport lounge , you have to take it into
consideration.
2) The lounge itself is too small, people actually had to wait because it was full.
3) Food not bad. coffee awful.
4) It would be good to be able to add on 1 hr for a partial amount, instead of 2 slots of 3 each.
5) The internet correspondance and information with Kerry was excellent.
