The lounge was freezing (everyone needed coats) which made the visit very uncomfortable, it was more comfortable and warmer in the main departure lounge - which is free! I was disappointed that the bacon sandwiches were kept in a warming oven and not fresh made and that the cuiassants were pre-packed and small. The drinks counter was ok but staff were busy filling up stock and we had to wait to be served whilst no other customers were there.The seating area was satisfactory.
All in all not a very pleasant experience. Will not be booking again.
