The fire alarm went off after only being in there for 10 minutes, lounge did not reopen for another hour which was far too late for us to go back in.
When asked for a refund, was told I could only have a comp pass for the next time I visit.
Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
Customer service appalling.
