After paying so much for the Plus lounge I am naturally dissatisfied that I had to seek out attendance from staff in the adjoining standard VIP lounge. Also; Despite only 2 other people being in the lounge (approx 7am) one table that had previously been used remained dirty throughout our stay. Finally; the bar could only provide us with one drink of Prosecco as they had no further stored bottles.
Altogether a very disappointing visit to a VIP lounge and perhaps it might be our last
