The Manchester lounge was dirty very little food on arrival kept running out of food and not very helpful and pleasent staff and no WiFi to be honest with Manchester I was very disappointed
Where on the other when we have used Newcastle lounge clean plenty of food very pleasent and helpful staff also WiFi was available
