Although a good experience it was very, very busy with people being turned away at the door if they had not booked.
The lounge much have been aware of how busy they were going to be through the booking yet were woefully understaffed.
Kudos to the staff that were working, smiling and making the best of it, however they needed much more help. You don't expect to have to queue for 8 minutes in the executive lounge.
