Could not make use of paid for lounge as in seperate terminal building from Air Canada check in, and security did not allow us to go through to Chinook lounge.
This should be told to customers. On return, Custmer Service redeemed £30 but I lost £10 and had to endure an uncomfortable 3 hour wait which I had planned to avoid by booking an Excutive Lounge.
