Third time I have visited the lounge and to be honest it was disappointing this time. We were queuing for over 15 mins as staff kept walking off from the desk instead of getting all the guests checked in. They let someone que jump who hadn't even booked . Food was slow to be refilled and parts of the lounge were dirty with plates and food on the floor and seats .
Not the best start to relax before our holiday.
