Very disappointed this time with the overall experience.
The prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down.
I remember a year or 2 ago and the spirits on offer were far superior to the no brand labels they offer now. you even have a wait in line for a beer and when its busy they purposefully only put 1 member of staff on to limit the amount of people they can serve.
The food standard has also dropped with simple bread rolls now not even freshly baked.
Time to try another lounge after using this 1 for 13 visits
