The staff were rude, they snapped that the upstairs was closed in a very aggressive manner ,there were no other seats available .
Possibly the worst lounge I have experienced .
Only biscuits available for gluten free , nothing else .
I don't feel this was worth a tenth of the £150 I spent , we had one drink and left .
Even the guy who checked us in was rude .
The toilets are a 5 minute walk away from the lounge .
