There was a large queue at the entrance to the lounge. It seemed that people were being wait-listed for entry. it took about 10 minutes before anyone serviced my request for access. The only toilets are outside the lounge which meant that there was a flow of people in out that compounded the situation.
The lounge was packed with different groups being put on the same tables. Staff were not keeping up with cleaning the tables away.
Generally a very poor experience compared with No. 1 Lounge in T3.
