Your business was totally let down by one member of your staff who was rude and unhelpful.
The lady in question ( who I guess is by far the oldest of your employees) "served" behind the bar. Requesting a clean glass brought a look of disdain. When I had the cheek to request ice in my drink she motioned in the general direction of an almost empty ice bucket - and turned her back as I used my fingers to scoop out the few remaining cubes.
As a customer, once you have committed to using your lounge there is no going back. If I had encountered such attitude and service in any of the ' free' establishments in the Airport I would have left without making a purchase. I WILL NOT RETURN!
