Arrived at lounge to be told it was full , man at desk called manager who just shrugged his shoulders giving no apology.
We waited ten mins then we were shown to the smallest space for three .
I must say the food was very good but what a let down the rest of the experience was.
This was our first visit to a lounge and I have to say we'd be better looked after in the main terminal.
I appreciate that places get full but surely the whole point of paying to use a lounge is that you get a bit of leg room and do not have to sit like sardines at a table.
