Fairly comfortable. Friendly staff. Refreshments just about OK but the hot breakfast offering was pretty dreadful with scrambled egg that was way way past its best and bacon and sausages not much better.
And the water in the hand basin in the toilet was so hot you couldn't use it and no means of adjusting the temperature.
Overall, if you are using your own money it's not a good deal.
But I guess most customers aren't.
