The comfy chairs in the lounge were covered with food and I had to clear the table from plates and cups myself.
The lady that served drinks seemed to be in a bad mood as she was very abrupt and impolite, I only asked what beer was available, she made it seem like I'd asked her to walk from lands end to John O'groats. The rest of the staff were pleasant and friendly.
The only hot food was bacon barms, even though we were told that sausage barms would be served soon, we waited and asked for 2 hours and they never arrived.
Overall not a pleasant experience.
