I use the lounge regular as it benefits me. I however find staff rude and abrupt and quite snappy at you. There is s notice stating ask staff when you want a drink. When I did I received a very snotty response of she was putting the lid on the pasta. A simple 'Not a problem. I won't be a moment, I'm just sorting this' would have left me and other guest feeling less irate.
May I add this is NOT the first time the member of staff has been like this with myself.
