After being seated in a particular area by one member of staff, we were having a great time in the lounge. After an hour or so, another member of staff very rudely told us we had to move because someone else needed the seats we were in. She would not accept that we had been seated there by someone. She made us feel very uncomfortable and un-welcome at a time that should be relaxing and welcoming.
I am very disappointed by my first visit to an aspire lounge.
