Firstly, I had booked the lounge on the basis of a 3 hour stay, in actual fact we had 90 minutes in the lounge as we were advised that the lounge was closing, at no point during the booking process was this advised and therefore had to relocate to the general public area, which I had paid to avoid.
Secondly, the only food that was available was soup, crackers & cheese, which is not appealing to children aged 8,15 & 16 years.
