At 4.30 am i want to be greated with a welcome. The reception lady was shocking. If i engage in conversation ask questions. Like what time does the spa open . Not its in the leaflet. The hot food was not out. The place was a mess already at 4.30am. With plates and cans, bottles every where.
Not enough thought to sitting there should be charging points at all seats. Including the tv viewing area.
