Very different from all other lounges that I have visited,especially at Gatwick..
Could be much better..This lounge should have been situated in a more private area,toilets are outside of the lounge,so this takes away the privacy..from the public areas..There should be more availability for food and drinks - especially for the price paid 29.99,as I normally pay 25.00 at Gatwick for the lounges,will think again to book ,if I travel again from Term.Also would be also nice if HolidayExtras.com can be used to reserve the lounge,that way I get a discount !!!!
