It was the first time we used the Aspire Lounge at Terminal 5 and were disappointed to find it full, we had to ask a member of staff if there were anymore seats. Luckily someone got up to leave as we were asking, we had booked the lounge but the front desk were still taking 'walk ins' and did not seem to realise it was so full. It was rather noisy and compact but on the plus side the quality and choice of food and drink was very good.
