I found it far too busy not the relaxed calm chilled atmosphere that was advertised; we were perched on the edge of the table. Not satisfactory. The food was hard and cold n apart from soup no hot food was available. As it was sooo busy there was a huge queue to save queuing again I wanted two drinks but I found your team members rude in the way they stated 1 drink per person. So £21.99 for two drinks wasn't worth the effort or stress. Furthermore to this I contacted yourselves for some reasonings why and was and was put in contact with a lady called Stacey Hamilton; I'm still awaiting an answer from Monday and it's now Sunday very disappointing would you agree??
