I had a nine hour layover and could only use your kounge for three and that is a shame because it is comfortable. Your wifi does not work so had to use that of Emirates lounge. Almost missed plane because your recptionist could not get correct info from Mobolity . I use a wheelchair for long distances. It was the day of the BA glitch.
